Ranganaut

I'm Rajesh. I am a thinkerer and a tinkerer. I studied mathematics, then cognitive science and then the anthropocene, but I am a generalist, which means I work across fields and connect the dots.

This is my webwelt, a house with nine rooms.

The Archive holds more than eight hundred essays. Cellosophy asks where intelligence begins, and my guess is the cell. Socratus is the organization I founded, a planetary studio where citizens, scientists and artists work on problems too big for any one of them.

Habitability, Sinosophy and the Mahabharata are where I go to think about what keeps a planet livable, how India and China talk to each other, and why an old epic still reads like the news.

Every room has trails. Pick a theme, read a piece, follow a neighbor or take the random twist. I haven't worked out where it begins or where it ends, so start anywhere.
